Sales Director
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with the Business line 's overall objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Establish and manage sales quotas, territories, and performance metrics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales plans and campaigns to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Leverages personal experience to avoid or minimize potential problems and maximize potential opportunities in the future Is recognized as a go-to person to provide insights and solutions to potential issues
- Aligns the various stakeholders around company related messages/decisions effectively despite the sensitivity of the situation
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to optimize sales processes.
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Clearly outlines the rationale behind decisions and chosen options.
- Delegates challenging tasks that promote skill development and growth.
- Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to support delegated tasks.
- Identifies potential areas of conflict and takes preventive measures to address them.
- Creates a culture of open communication and trust within teams.
- Acts as a mediator or facilitator to help others resolve conflict constructively.
- Manages complex situations with uncertainty and adapts strategies as needed.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of decisions and shares learnings with the team.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant experience in digital media and influencers marketing, with Direct client along with media agencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate clients, advocate the product adoption based on client’s requirements.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.
