Technology Operations Manager
JOB PURPOSE The role’s responsibility is to manage the infrastructure of the advertisements technologies on the publishers represented by ArabyAds. To lead successful implementation and troubleshooting of advertising related technologies on websites, mobile sites and applications The job holder should be a thinker, energetic, work well under pressure, deliver on tight deadlines and have a good eye for details.
2. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education/Experience:
•Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a must.
•3 + Years of work experience with strong experience in Google Ad Manager, Google TAG Manager, JavaScript & html.
B. Specific knowledge:
•Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and take instant informed decisions
•Have experience in web applications and web programming languages such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery to manage the various ad technologies deployment and troubleshooting.
•MS Excel skills, and know your way around other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•Detail-oriented and dependable
•Strong analytics, problem solving, and decision-making skills
•Have been exposed to digital media technologies (i.e. Data Management Platform, Tag Management Solution, Native Ad server, Analytics)
3. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES (MAXIMUM OF 10): What duties are required for the position to exist? Estimate the percentage of time required for each
•Embrace technical challenges to solve ad tech implementation issues. 10%
•Communicate constantly with product and trafficking team to discuss ad tech update and upgrades. 5%
•Organize daily tasks to meet tasks deadlines and manage urgent requests. 5%
•Deploy ad technologies to be used for monetization purposes. 25%
•Provide training and technical support on ad technologies for the traffickers to have the necessary knowhow for campaign management. 10%
•Work closely with publisher’s tech team to ensure a fast-paced environment within ad tech deployment. 5%
•Organize the infrastructure of the publisher’s digital properties in order to make it easier for the sales team to sell their products and easier for additional ad tech deployment. 10%
•Work with publishers and tech providers and trafficking team on troubleshooting issues to come up with solutions. 30%
