Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities by leveraging tools like Lusha, Signalhire, clear bit etc
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and purchasing intentions and setup calls with sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and establish relationships to facilitate sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing to support lead-generation campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as Lusha and Signal Hire.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
