Social Media Specialist
Yajny (Mega Site) - Cairo
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist, who has experience in planning, monitoring, creating, and managing various social media accounts.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will:
- Manage the content of all our social media accounts on various platforms; such as, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc., in both English and Arabic language;
- Plan and monitor various social media accounts;
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics;
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content in various forms (original text, images, video, infographs);
- Day-to-day development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussion;
- Maintain a monthly social media calendar;
- Use social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics;
- Manage social channels for crisis management, customer care, and potential escalations;
- Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels;
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate various content.
To be the ideal Social Media Specialist, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Fluency writing in BOTH English & Arabic;
- Good understanding of the different types on content;
- Ability to plan and stay up to date with trends;
- Good work ethic.
