Account Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Account Manager to join the Client Growth team within our Performance vertical. Reporting to an Account Director, the role is at the heart of our affiliate marketing engine, managing the day-to-day performance of both client campaigns and partner relationships (affiliates, influencers, and publishers). The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, execution-focused, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics, account health, and relationship management.
You will be responsible for executing and scaling performance marketing campaigns, owning a portfolio of clients and partners, and ensuring revenue growth, client satisfaction, and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate & Partner Management
- Own day-to-day partner communications: onboarding, campaign briefings, and performance optimizations.
- Ensure affiliates are aligned with brand objectives and have the tools and incentives to scale.
- Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and engagement across active partners.
- Propose performance tactics, creatives, and commission structures to optimize output.
Client Account Management
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, supporting campaign performance and operational needs.
- Support strategic planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly updates with performance insights.
- Align with clients on marketing calendars, activation plans, and incentive strategies.
Campaign Execution & Growth
- Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns in coordination with BI, product, and partner teams.
- Track and hit monthly revenue targets across your portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for upselling within accounts: new placements, vertical expansion, or partner diversification.
Reporting & Analysis
- Share weekly/monthly reporting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use data to derive insights, diagnose campaign issues, and drive performance decisions.
- Collaborate with the BI team to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency and validation reports.
KPIs:
- Monthly/quarterly revenue target achievement.
- Client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner activation and performance growth.
- compliance and traffic quality metrics.
- Portfolio growth and tier progression of accounts.
Day-to-Day Rhythm:
- Follow up daily with active partners and key clients.
- Prepare for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Track campaign health and take proactive actions.
- Coordinate with product, validation, and onboarding teams to resolve operational issues.
- Keep CRM and internal tracking up to date.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or account management.
- Experience managing both partner and client relationships.
- Strong data fluency and understanding of traffic, conversions, commissions, and payout models.
- Excellent communication, follow-through, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure with short deadlines and high ownership.
- Bonus: experience with performance platforms, affiliate tools, or influencer activation.
