We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to take charge of our paid media strategy, drive B2B lead generation, and optimize performance across multiple digital channels.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across multiple digital platforms
• Continuously optimize campaigns to exceed KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CTR
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and lead A/B testing for creatives and messaging
• Craft compelling ad copy and provide direction on creatives and landing page optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaign assets
• Track and report performance through dashboards
• Oversee cross-platform tracking setups (CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, MMPs)
• Stay certified and up to date across all major platforms
• Lead full-funnel strategies from awareness to retargeting

What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of CMS integrations, GA4, and tracking frameworks
• Confident communicator with strong business English and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly collaborative
• Proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
