Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Motion Designer to craft compelling motion graphics,

animated content, and video assets for brand storytelling and campaigns. This role

requires a creative storyteller with a strong design foundation, animation skills, and the

ability to bring concepts to life through motion and narrative planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, commercials,

web, and internal communications.

• Develop and present storyboards to communicate visual direction and narrative

flow.

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop motion-based assets

that align with brand strategy.

• Edit video content and incorporate sound design, transitions, and visual effects.

• Lead motion design projects from concept to execution.

• Guide and mentor junior animators and freelancers.

Required Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in motion design and animation.

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or similar 3D software), and

Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.

• Demonstrated experience in storyboarding and visual planning for motion content.

• Portfolio showcasing motion design work across various formats.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
