Overview

We are looking for a creative and Self-motivated UI/UX Designer to join our Boostiny team as part of the product squad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, be proficient in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Suite, etc, and must have prior experience working on UI/UX designs for both web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Ideate and propose design solutions to user problems and business requirements
• Coordinate with team members to ensure designs are aligned with feature objectives and product guidelines
• Prepare UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how screens/pages and design elements function
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, search fields, etc.
• Maintain organized records and files for all design projects and tasks
• Conduct UI Review for the features developed and deployed to ensure UI matches the original designs
• Research UI/UX design trends to maintain market edge through competitor analysis and user behavior analysis to ensure product designs align with industry standards and user expectations

• Participate in user testing to validate design choices, ensuring that the UX is aligned with real-world user behavior

Qualifications

• Graduation in Design or relevant field with a portfolio of design projects
• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally with both web/mobile app-based SAAS/PAAS/Managed platforms/products
• Knowledge of wireframe and prototype design
• Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Suite, etc
• Experience using analytics and user behaviour tools like MS Clarity, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc
• Experience with basic HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers, familiarity with design systems, and a solid understanding of accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity in user experiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing with good time-management skills
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Experience with advertising platforms or SaaS/Managed services products is a plus
