Systems Business Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in gathering and organizing requirements from various businesses within our group, selecting appropriate Management Information Systems (MIS), and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration. Experience with Odoo, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Plan is essential. A strong background in the digital media and marketing industry is a significant advantage.
Snapshot of required experience and skills
1 Experience in Selecting and implementing CRM and ERP-FINANCE solutions, specifically Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Plan or NetSuite.
2 Experience in Process design and Automation.
3 Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
4 Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new systems
Detailed Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to understand and document their requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business needs.
2 Management Information System (MIS) Selection:
• Analyze and evaluate potential MIS solutions that meet the group’s business requirements.
• Make informed recommendations for selecting the most suitable MIS platform.
3 CRM and ERP Integration:
• Lead the integration of CRM and ERP systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and configure CRM and ERP solutions, specifically Odoo, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Plan.
4 Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
5 Project Management:
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and support.
6 Training and Support:
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new systems.
• Develop training materials and documentation for ongoing support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience +5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within the digital media and marketing industry.
• Strong expertise in CRM and ERP integration, with hands-on experience in Odoo, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Plan.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
