Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in AdTech, specifically in Demand-Side Platforms (DSP). The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape, with a proven track record of developing and managing DSP products.
This role requires expertise in various AdTech products, including ad servers, data management platforms (DMPs), affiliate management platforms, creative studios, and major advertising platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and Facebook Ads Manager.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience in building self-serve products, designing AI/ML modules, and delivering performance campaigns through programmatic channels.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and enhancement of our DSP product, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Drive the design and implementation of AI/ML modules to optimize campaign performance and audience targeting.
• Oversee the integration of MMP platforms and other third-party tools, ensuring seamless functionality and data accuracy.
• Develop strategies for pixel and post back integration to track and measure campaign effectiveness across various channels.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future iterations.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on product features, capabilities, and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing product knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building and managing DSP products
within the AdTech industry.
• Extensive knowledge of ad servers, DMPs, affiliate management platforms,
and major advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).
• Proven experience in developing self-serve products and implementing AI/ML
solutions for advertising optimization.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising channels and performance
marketing principles.
• Familiarity with MMP platforms and their integration methods (e.g., AppsFlyer,
Adjust, Branch.io).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate
complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving product
initiatives from concept to launch.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient in building data collection strategies and establishing connections
to leverage data for product performance analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a flexible and
agile approach to work.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of working independently to set
and achieve goals.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, valuing technical and
operational expertise.
• Knowledge of campaign delivery and optimization processes, with a focus on
driving maximum ROI for advertisers.
