Strategic Program Manager
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Program Manager to join our team. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will be key in driving and executing strategic initiatives and programs that align with our vertical's goals and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior executives, to define, plan, and implement programs that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer success. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and driving strategic outcomes. You will be part of the Strategy Team in the performance vertical and report to the VP of Strategy.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the company's strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive program plans that align with the strategic vision and goals of the organization.
Program Management: Lead and manage cross-functional program teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and key milestones. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team members. Regularly communicate program progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Risk Management: Identify and assess program risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Proactively monitor program performance, identify deviations from plans, and take corrective actions to ensure program success.
Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress and measure outcomes. Analyze program data, generate reports, and present findings to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives by effectively communicating program goals, benefits, and impacts. Develop change management plans and engage stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of program outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the vertical team members. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Responsibilities

- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
Requirements
Experience: You have at least 4-5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or related roles. Experience managing complex programs in a fast-paced environment or a top-tier consulting firm (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Education: You graduated from a tier 1 engineering or business school (or equivalent). A Master's degree is preferred.
Strategic Thinking: You have a strong strategic mindset that can translate business goals into actionable program plans—proven experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data. You can analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Autonomy: You are fully autonomous and can manage complex projects from A to Z.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can explain something complex with simple words.
Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset; you like challenges and getting hands-on.
Leadership and Collaboration: You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving outcomes—the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Change Management: you have experience managing change initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new strategies and processes.
Business Acumen: You strongly understand business principles and dynamics—the ability to align program objectives with overall business goals and drive measurable business impact.
Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and can deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.
Attention to detail: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws.
Tech fluency: You are comfortable in a technical environment. You are always curious to understand how things work. Bonus if you have data analysis technical skills.
Languages: You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
Certifications: Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or related fields are a plus.
