Influencers Development Manager will be the part of the channel management team with Partner Development Team. Acting as the individual contributor to the team in scaling influencers in MENA. Giving a personal attention to the portfolio of the influencers which are being assigned to him/her from time to time.
Ensuring a good and healthy relationship with the assigned influencer to recommend them the best suited campaigns in the market and help them with the creatives and vouchers required from time to time. Scaling the revenues for the campaigns from the assigned list of influencers on each campaign and increase the number of campaigns with the influencer from activated campaign list
- Working on a daily basis with the top focused influencers.
- Communicating important feedback and decisions from the clients to the partners
- Maintaining long term relationships with influencers in the MENA region
- Maintain month to month growth for each partner
- Discussing with operation team the special payouts
- Provide partners with new updates from client side
- Managing invoicing and payment resolutions.
- Encouraging influencer to try new content creation methods like unboxing, store visits, product reviews, contests etc.
- Monitor the cancellation rates with each campaign for partners
- Bachelor Degree in Mass communication or any related field
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in PR, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (Both English and Arabic)
- Proven record with Social media platforms
- Good Knowledge on influencer marketing works and existing connections with micro and macro influencers.
- Good with Excel and word documents
- Good Presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
