Product Director - Affiliate Platform
Position Overview:
As a Director - Product Management for the Performance Marketing Platform you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our affiliate marketing endeavors. Leveraging your deep understanding of Performance marketing and AdTech, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of a state-of-the-art platform that enables our clients to effortlessly manage their affiliate programs, track performance, and optimize conversions. In addition to your core responsibilities as a Senior Product Manager for the Performance Marketing Platform , you will take on a leadership role in managing a multidisciplinary team comprising product managers, UI/UX designers, and customer success specialists. Your ability to effectively guide and inspire your team will be instrumental in achieving our product and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Performance Marketing Platform , aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation, utilizing your knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape and AdTech industry.
Active participation in defining roadmaps, planning and executing them.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and sales teams to
ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable product features.
3. Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize expertise in performance marketing and AdTech to identify gaps and opportunities in the market, recommending product enhancements and positioning.
4. Feature Definition and Prioritization:
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and use cases that effectively address
customer pain points and deliver tangible value.
- Prioritize feature development based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability.
5. Product Development and Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to
development, testing, and launch.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
6. Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of the Performance Marketing Platform .
- Continuously monitor and analyze platform performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and business outcomes.

6. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between your team and senior
management, providing updates on project status, accomplishments, and challenges. Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or
advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on
affiliate marketing and AdTech.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing complex, data-driven products to market.
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable product
improvements.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Previous Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading
cross-functional teams, ideally in a technology or digital marketing context.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.
