As a Director - Product Management for the Performance Marketing Platform you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our affiliate marketing endeavors. Leveraging your deep understanding of Performance marketing and AdTech, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of a state-of-the-art platform that enables our clients to effortlessly manage their affiliate programs, track performance, and optimize conversions. In addition to your core responsibilities as a Senior Product Manager for the Performance Marketing Platform , you will take on a leadership role in managing a multidisciplinary team comprising product managers, UI/UX designers, and customer success specialists.
