Job Description
The Traffic Manager is in charge of Campaigns launch, performance and optimization in coordination with account managers, creative artists, and agencies
This role will report to Head of Ad Ops
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure campaigns are effectively designed to address clients’ KPI’s and expectations
- Analyze available resources to plan the creation and launch of advertising campaigns on the different channels
- Ensure that campaigns are launched on time and are fully executed according to the insertion orders
- Manage digital ad campaigns, monitor performance and optimize campaigns as appropriate
- Flag and diagnose problems and interface with the Ad Ops team and/or clients to identify solutions
- Report on digital campaign performance and pacing throughout the campaign lifetime, as well as campaign conclusion
- Assist with documenting, updating, and maintaining ad specs, trafficking, and workflow procedures for accounts
- Work directly with the account management team to optimize digital campaigns as needed
- Help manage the digital ad impression inventory
- Assign Tasks to the traffic executive and monitor and assess his/her performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in media, business or related field; MBA from top school preferred
- 5 - 6 Years’ experience in online marketing / advertising
- Past experience working with Middle East countries
- Very good communication and reporting skills
- Resourceful with the ability to come up with creative ideas and innovative solutions
- Very Good in English & Arabic
