ArabyAds was founded in 2013 and we help our clients to acquire customers at scale using data & technology across diverse set of digital advertising inventories which are managed through four of our platforms i.e. Boostiny (social commerce), iConnect (influencer marketing), Adfalcon (programmatic advertising) & DeviceBoost (OEM on device advertising).

Analyzing business structures, procedures, and processes.
Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Create and update job descriptions.
Update organization chart.
Help in Creating and Implementing competency models.
Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
Conduct awareness sessions to employees to assure better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
Resolve conflict within groups.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
Recommend training and development systems.
Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience
Good knowledge of organizational psychology, organizational development.
Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
Good knowledge of Succession Planning and Organization Design Knowledge
