We are looking for a result driven Digital Sales Manager, sole responsibility is to sell Arabyads’ products & services and actively seek out and engage with customer prospects. DSM will be providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer. Consistently generating top line revenue growth for Arabyads.

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emailing, market visits, etc.
• Resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep up to date with best practices and promotional trends.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with media agencies.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM practices.
• Basic Knowledge of MS applications.
• Fluent in spoken/written in both English and Arabic.
